Boboo is a high-tech Korean manufacturer for the semiconductor industry. They internally developed second-source Heater Blocks, a core component in the CVD process required in semiconductor production. Today this is still their core business, together with many other others, such as Pedestals, Lamp Housings, and ESC's.
BoBoo's outstanding quality has been accredited by Hynix, and the status of BoBoo Hi Co., Ltd’s products has been acknowledged by many overseas semiconductor markets.
